Born in Montevideo, Uruguay, in 1970. A decade later he moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina where he completed most of their studies, which on many occasions, are related to art and literature.
His studies at the secondary level, we provide specialized bachelor's degree in letters, and simultaneously entered into the fullness of his youth, venturing into the culinary arts.
Quickly begins to excel in the culinary environment, which among other things, allows mingle familiarly with personalities from culture, as the writer and historian Felix Luna, journalist Mabel Marquesini and other virtuosos of the letters.
Years later, his restless personality drives him to study Fine Arts. After passing through several schools which do not fully meet, leaving the study in these institutions to join the workshops of the famous and established artist, Eduardo Hoffmann, who ends to enhance and polish to his collaborator and student, both in art of painting as in the social field, connecting with other artists in the same vein as Edgar Murillo and others.
Today many of the works of artist Eduardo Hoffmann found in museums and galleries around the world, or in private collections in USA, UK, Spain, France, Holland, China, Japan, Brazil, Uruguay, etc.. have passed through the hands of artist Jorge Sarasola, who currently presents his own works through this virtual gallery, while continuing to work as Assistant Artistic his staff mentor.
